Who is responsible for what?

And this is how it works:

• The loan requires a contract must be concluded. Instruments will only be issued on presentation of the contract.
• The loan is limited in time, usually until the beginning of the next semester. A fee is charged for overdrafts.
• Extensions must be expressly agreed with the responsible person.
• The instruments are used to try out lessons in a new area. Therefore, requests for a new loan usually take precedence over requests for extensions.
