For three years, the pilot project "Open University", led by Prof Dr Anke Hanft, focused on the question of how to make it easier for working people to study. The project is now presenting the results at a final conference.
Around 130 guests from the higher education sector as well as from adult education and further education institutions are expected to attend the final event, which will take place on Thursday, 15 November at 10.00 a.m. in the EWE Forum Alte Fleiwa (Industriestr. 1). Lectures, panel discussions and workshops will focus on the challenges facing universities as institutions of lifelong learning.
The pilot project was funded by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science. The Oldenburg project partners are the Technical University of Braunschweig, the University of Lüneburg, the University of Hanover and the Hanover University of Applied Sciences and Arts
