School management conference 2023
"All-day school - creating synergies and utilising potential, but how?"
Tuesday, 14.03.2023, 08:30 - 14:30 in the lecture hall centre of the University of Oldenburg
Is the all-day school the magic formula for solving all problems and challenges in the school system and in our society?
As a school headmaster, you are responsible for creating structures for cross-cutting issues (e.g. digitalisation, sustainability, mobility) and for collaboration in multi-professional teams. In addition, all-day school structures should also ensure equal opportunities as an overarching goal in education. To achieve this, you and your school need the necessary equipment, resources and school and teaching concepts.
It is clear that schools do not implement all-day school structures for their own sake, but only if it represents added value for them. In line with their individual conditions and priorities, schools examine how an all-day model can open up specific potential that is useful and affordable for their actions and activities.
Let the School Management Conference 2023 inspire you to confidently start designing your all-day school or to further develop it for the goals and priorities that are important to you.
The event offers you a keynote speech and in-depth impulse offers:
- The keynote speech will take a realistic and inspiring look at the opportunities and potential, conditions for success and requirements of all-day schools.
- In the subsequent impulse offers, different pedagogical-conceptual focal points, which offer specific synergies and potentials in the context of all-day school concepts, will be examined and discussed in a practical way. In particular, award-winning schools will provide insights into their development paths and strategies and discuss these with you.
We look forward to receiving input from (award-winning) schools, school administration and academia on the following key topics:- Advice and support on legal issues relating to all-day schools
- How to get started? On the way to an all-day school
- Diversity as an opportunity in all-day education
- Designing good learning spaces in all-day schools
- Innovative strength in all-day schools
