Final theses

In the Department of Sport and Society, all staff members are granted admission to supervise Bachelor’s and Master’s theses. However, theses will only be accepted by any member of staff if students have first presented their project idea during office hours (Guidelines for Office Hours). The topic should be chosen by the student and developed into a one-page synopsis (Guidelines for Writing a Synopsis) in the run-up to office hours.
The formal structure of theses should follow the guidelines available from the Examinations Office and those of the German Association for Sports Science. Further assistance is also available from the Lernwerkstatt at the Central Study Counselling Service.
