ForWind is conducting research into the utilisation of wind energy of the future at three universities in 30 institutes. In Oldenburg, wind physics and turbulence research are at the centre of interest. Together with researchers from the Fraunhofer Institute for Wind Energy Systems, projects are prepared and experiments and simulations are carried out in the Oldenburg WindLab.
