Every year, at least 50,000 people in Germany suffer an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. Their chance of survival depends largely on courageous first aiders who start chest compressions immediately. Everyone should therefore be able to save lives.

We show how to do it, reduce reservations and fears and offer opportunities to practise yourself. The only mistake is to do nothing!
