As part of the course “Accounting for Sustainability,” Rieke Oetken and Fenna Papcke, sustainability managers at the energy and telecommunications company EWE, provided fascinating insights into current issues in sustainability reporting. The discussion also touched upon issues such as the significance of ESG ratings, the role of green bonds, and the use of artificial intelligence in the context of sustainability information and reporting.
