From March 2024, you will receive your copies of books or journals ordered via interlibrary loan as an electronic document. Delivery will be made via the email address you have stored in your library account. You can download your order via a download link. Picking up a paper copy is only necessary in exceptional cases.

There are no additional costs for you. The interlibrary loan fee is still 1.50 euros. Electronic delivery is made possible by an agreement with VG Wort, which represents the interests of authors. The BIS pays the copyright fee for this service.
