We want to touch one million lives

Olaf Zawacki-Richter, Professor of Knowledge Transfer and Learning with New Technologies and C3L Board Member, will deliver the keynote address in the Life Long Learning Track at the 10th Pan-Commonwealth on Open Learning Forum of Learning (PCF10), entitled "We want to touch one million lives... - The contribution of Open, Distance, and Digital Education (ODDE) to lifelong learning".

PCF10 will take place from 14-16 September in Calgary and over 400 international experts and high-level policy makers are expected to attend. The event is organised by the Canadian Commonwealth of Learning (COL), which was founded in 1987 by the governments of the Commonwealth and has been involved in the promotion and development of distance and open learning ever since.
