20 graduates have successfully completed the postgraduate contact study programme "Systemic Counselling, Family and Systems Therapy" at the Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L) at the University of Oldenburg. The academic director of the contact course, Privatdozent Dr Joseph Rieforth, honoured their achievements at a ceremony. The graduates, who work as specialists in the corporate, service, health and social sectors, have successfully completed seven semesters of in-service training.
The graduates receive a university certificate that enables them to be certified by the leading academic and professional association - the German Society for Systemic Therapy, Counselling and Family Therapy (DGSF). The science-based and practice-orientated contact study programme at the University of Oldenburg, which has been in existence since 1987, offers comprehensive theoretical and practical training with a wide range of methods based on a psychodynamic-systemic concept. The focus is on the promotion and development of a professional counsellor personality.
The next contact study programme starts in summer 2020 and applications are already open. Further information can be found on the programme page.
