As a precautionary measure due to the spread of the coronavirus, the semester opening event of the guest lecture programme will not take place. Registrations for events in the summer semester are still possible until 30 April.

The university is once again offering more than 600 courses for guest students in the 2020 summer semester - from astrophysics to consumer protection law, from baroque poetry to the history of technology. You can put together your own personal study and further education programme, ranging from history, education and philosophy to music, art, natural sciences and language courses.

Every semester, around 500 guest students take the opportunity to gain an insight into various academic and research fields at the university. Proof of a specific school-leaving qualification is not required.
