The C3L – Centre for Lifelong Learning at the University of Oldenburg is now accredited as a provider under the Accreditation and Approval Ordinance for Employment Promotion (AZAV). The certification process by TÜV Süd has been successfully completed. This means that, under certain conditions, companies can access funding from the Employment Agency for the further education of their employees at the C3L.
Grants are available to cover further education costs and – depending on the size of the company and eligibility criteria – to cover wages during the further education period. On request, C3L develops bespoke further education programmes for companies, tailored to operational requirements and skills needs. These further education courses can be designed and certified in accordance with the requirements of the funding programmes.
Companies are supported in equipping their staff with the specific skills needed to meet current and future challenges – from renewable energies and management and leadership skills to future-oriented and transformational skills.
