Seventeen graduates of the Counselling and Conflict Resolution department at the Carl von Ossietzky University's Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L) have successfully completed the postgraduate contact course in Systemic Counselling, Family and Systemic Therapy.
The academic head of the department, Privatdozent Dr Joseph Rieforth, honoured their achievements at a ceremony. The graduates are subjects and managers in counselling and therapeutic fields of work and have successfully gained further qualifications during the seven-semester part-time postgraduate contact course. The practice-oriented contact study programme, which is based on almost thirty years of tradition in systemic counselling, family and systemic therapy at the University of Oldenburg, concludes with a university certificate and enables certification with the leading industry professional association of the German Society for Systemic Therapy, Counselling and Family Therapy (DGSF). The next degree programme starts in November 2018.
