On 16 December 2016, Dr Klaus-Stephan Otto will be speaking on the topic of "Evolution management" at 7 p.m. in the university library hall as part of the public event series "Impulse zum Weiterdenken in Therapie und Beratung".
Successful organisations are well networked in their ecosystem and pay attention not only to their own success, but also to the good and sustainable development of their ecosystem. How can we understand ecosystems? How can we operate successfully in our ecosystem? Dr Klaus-Stephan Otto has developed the "evolution management" management approach. This involves transferring the processes of nature to business activities.
Dr Klaus-Stephan Otto is a qualified psychologist and Managing Director of EVOCO GmbH. His focus is on organisational, innovation and personnel development and the management of large projects. He has been a lecturer on our Supervision, Coaching and Organisational Consulting contact course for several years.
The regular participation fee for the event is 10 euros, 8 euros for participants and alumni of advanced scientific training programmes, 5 euros for students.
The Impulse series is conceived and organised by the teams from the academic continuing education areas of psychotherapy and university outpatient clinics as well as counselling and conflict resolution at the Center for Lifelong Learning (C3L) under the direction of Priv.-Doz. Dr Joseph Rieforth.
