In spring 2019, the eleventh part-time contact study programme "Mediation and Systemic Conflict Management" will start at the Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L) at the University of Oldenburg.

The contact course is aimed at subjects and managers who would like to work as freelance mediators or work in advisory professions and would like to acquire skills in dealing with conflicts and mediative leadership styles.
Interested parties can apply from now until 15 January 2019. The providers will provide information about the programme at an event on Monday, 29 October, 6.00 to 7.30 p.m. (Ökozentrum, Seminarraum 1, Uhlhornsweg 99c, 26129 Oldenburg).

The postgraduate further education programme, which Priv.-Doz. Dr Joseph Rieforth, offers a comprehensive qualification with a high degree of science-practice transfer. Lecturers with teaching and practical experience teach theories and methods from the fields of counselling and conflict management. Self-awareness elements, practical supervision, individual coaching and networking and alumni events are further components of the programme. The programme is interdisciplinary in nature and concludes with a university certificate. Multiple certification with leading mediation associations is also possible. The programme also meets the legal requirements to become a "Certified Mediator" (RVO).
