Anyone who wants to break new ground as a lecturer in further education at the start of the new year will find support from the Centre for Lifelong Learning (C3L) at the University of Oldenburg. On Friday and Saturday, 12 and 13 January, lecturers can take part in a two-day seminar to become a "learning coach". The learning coaching approach is intended to accompany "learning to learn" by enabling learners to organise, reflect on and manage their learning process independently.
