A good climate not only allows plants to thrive. Learning is also better in an appreciative atmosphere. The two-day seminar "Taming lions or conducting an orchestra?", which is offered by the C3L - Centre for Lifelong Learning at the University of Oldenburg, focuses on creating a positive learning culture. The method workshop, led by trainer Maren Schleiff, will take place on Friday and Saturday, 17 and 18 May, on the Lifelong Learning Campus (Ammerländer Heerstraße 136/138, 26129 Oldenburg).

The seminar is aimed at all those who are active as teachers, whether in adult and further education, academic appointments or in schools. The focus is on the management of teaching processes and the introduction of feedback and reflection methods. Schleiff also teaches experience-orientated and sustainable methods that loosen up the "day-to-day learning business", increase learners' self-efficacy and thus automatically boost motivation in the group.
