Students with professional experience often study in a targeted and highly motivated manner, as a part-time Master's degree programme offers a lot of potential for synergies between studies and academic appointments. Students can regularly contribute their experience to the Master's programme in the form of practical project work. They not only develop concepts and solutions theoretically, but also apply the results of their studies directly in the workplace. These synergies can only be meaningfully achieved in a part-time degree programme.

The C3L at the University of Oldenburg offers four part-time Master's degree programmes for individual professional development.
- Innovation Management (M.A.)
- Risk Management for Financial Service Providers (M.Sc.)
- Information Law (LL.M.)
- Education and Science Management (MBA)

Those who opt for a part-time Master's degree programme can look forward to a particularly high degree of flexibility in terms of time and location. The content of the programme is developed through self-study or in the Internet learning environment, with lecturers providing online support via forums and video conferences. The on-site courses take place as compact attendance phases. There are only two attendance periods per module (Friday and Saturday).
