The seminar "Coaching and Conflict Management" from the NQ training series for teachers has been postponed and will now take place on 10 and 11 June. Registrations are possible until 3 June.

This workshop is about providing a theoretical framework as well as actively practising and experiencing coaching tools in practice.

The contents at a glance:

• Basics of coaching and differentiation from other disciplines
• Self-coaching: How I can work with myself, understand myself better and bring about personal change
• Coaching in my academic appointment: how I can support individuals with targeted interventions in my environment (e.g. learning blocks, conflicts)
• Coaching groups: new momentum in deadlocked situations

The seminar will be led by lecturer Ute Buscher.
