The latest “Studium generale” course catalogue from the University of Oldenburg is now available, hot off the press. It is aimed at anyone interested in attending courses as a guest student during the 2019/20 winter semester. Proof of a specific school-leaving qualification is not required. Visiting students can put together their own study or further education programme from over 600 courses: ranging from history, education and German studies, through music and art, to natural sciences and language courses. Online registration opens on 1 September.
Around 500 guest students take up the opportunity each semester to gain an insight into the university’s various academic and research fields. The course catalogue will be available from 1 September for €4.00 in bookshops in Oldenburg city centre and at the C3L – the University’s Centre for Lifelong Learning (Ammerländer Heerstraße 136, 26129 Oldenburg). It can be sent by post for €5.45. The programme can be viewed online at: https://uol.de/c3l/gasthoerstudium
