At the start of the 2017 summer semester, Jan Spiekermann from the Institute of Biology and Environmental Sciences will speak about challenges and solutions for drainage management on the North Sea coast. Anyone interested can listen to his lecture "Dry feet despite climate change?" on 29 March at the opening event of the guest lecture series in the university's library lecture hall on Uhlhornsweg. Afterwards, the C3L will provide information about the programme for guest students in the coming semester. President Prof. Dr Dr Hans Michael Piper will welcome guest students and interested parties at 11.00 a.m. in the library hall.
