New certificate programme starts in March How do I design my research strategy? How do I obtain funding and find partners for projects? And how do I set up a company as a researcher? To introduce scientists and research managers to these questions in a practical way and to convey possible solution strategies: This is the aim of the part-time certificate programme "Research and Transfer Management", which has been jointly developed by the C3L - Center for Lifelong Learning at the University of Oldenburg and the Fraunhofer Academy, the continuing education company of the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft.
"The training programme combines the expertise of both organisations - application-oriented research and advanced scientific training. In this way, we want to support research and transfer organisations and their employees as well as possible," says the scientific director of the programme, Prof. Dr Klaus Fichter. The further education programme comprises five modules and concludes with the university certificate "Diploma of Advanced Studies" (DAS). The modular structure with online phases and a small number of face-to-face sessions in Munich and Berlin enables participants to combine their studies with their academic appointments and private lives. The programme starts in March 2018 and ends in May 2019. Interested parties can now find out more and register here:
