Is agile management - not as a project management method, but as a management principle and organisational structure - also suitable for adult and further education? This question will be explored in an event on 17/18 August 2018. This workshop aims to clarify what "agility" actually means, what agile methods and techniques are available and how they can be introduced into an organisation. The main aim is to involve all employees and familiarise them with agile processes. The workshop is part of the training programme "NQ - Qualification for Teachers".
