How do I teach the right learning strategy to very different people? These and other questions are the focus of a workshop on 6 and 7 September at the C3L - Center for Lifelong Learning at the University of Oldenburg. The event is aimed at trainers, lecturers and other interested parties who would like to familiarise themselves with the methods of learning coaching. Registrations are possible until 16 August by email (nq@uol.de) or by telephone (0441 7984421). The workshop costs 180 euros.
Self-directed learning plays a major role in the context of lifelong learning. Which methods and strategies help people to learn varies greatly from person to person and depends, among other things, on the learning biographies of those affected. The workshop offers learning guides the opportunity to expand their own role in their work with pupils and adults to include the exciting aspect of learning coaching. The participants examine learning processes using different examples and try out the methods in practice.
