On 2 July at 4:30 pm, the 3rd lecture of the Forum Pflege neu denken - Pflege neu lenken will take place.
The event in the library hall will begin with a keynote speech by Prof Dr Martina Hasseler, University of Heidelberg, on the topic of staff retention through qualification. How can we attract nursing staff with a high level of expertise and foresight? How can they find job satisfaction in their own care work? In the subsequent discussion, Iris Meyenburg-Altwarg, Director of Nursing at Hanover Medical School, and Dominik Honecker, Director of Nursing at Oldenburg Protestant Hospital, will discuss new ways of attracting and retaining skilled staff in the future with Prof Dr Martina Hasseler.
