FLOW - Flexible & Open Continuing Education
Qualifying employees with a subsidy from the employment agency
The C3L – Centre for Lifelong Learning at the University of Oldenburg has been granted admission as a provider under the Accreditation and Approval Ordinance for Employment Promotion (AZAV). This means that, subject to certain conditions, companies can access funding from the Employment Agency to support the further education of their employees.
Grants are available to cover the costs of further education and – depending on the size of the company and the eligibility criteria – grants towards employees’ wages during the further education period. On request, we develop bespoke further education programmes for companies, tailored to their operational requirements and skills needs. These further education programmes can be designed and certified in accordance with the requirements of the funding schemes.
We support you in equipping skilled workers with the specific skills needed to meet current and future challenges – from renewable energy and management and leadership skills to future-oriented and transformational skills.
We would be happy to advise you on the funding opportunities available under the Qualification Opportunities Act and assist you in clarifying the eligibility criteria.
