Systemic psychotherapy

Systemic psychotherapists are characterised above all by their special attitude and communication methods, effective variety of interventions, inclusion of contexts, competence in process reflection and management as well as creativity. In addition to the systemic foundations, attitudes and historical development, in-depth knowledge of contextualisation, order orientation and the diverse systemic approaches are taught.

In the psychotherapeutic process, the focus is on understanding the importance of context, interaction and relational dynamics. Systemic psychotherapy works in a focussed, cooperative, resource- and solution-oriented manner. Alternative perspectives and possible courses of action are developed together in order to promote positive changes in social systems.

The formation of the therapeutic identity and the development of the personality are of great importance to us.

In addition to systemic therapy, behavioural therapy, psychoanalysis and depth psychology-based psychotherapy are among the scientifically recognised psychotherapeutic treatment methods.
