For professionals working in the health and social care sector, the C3L offers two university-level further education programmes that can be undertaken alongside work:
The ‘Case Management: Active Care Coordination in the Healthcare Sector ’ further education programme qualifies you for management roles in inpatient, day-care and outpatient rehabilitation facilities. Through this programme, you can also become certified as a case manager in accordance with DGCC standards and/or obtain a certificate of qualification in care counselling (in accordance with Section 7a of SGB XI).
The ‘Leadership and Management in Healthcare and the Social Sector’ further education programme opens up new prospects for your career path. Over the course of 13 months, you will acquire academic qualifications and develop your professional and personal skills. The programme is aimed at (prospective) managers in the healthcare and social sectors.
