Designing organisations and programmes

This module provides you with an overview of theory and practice in the education sector. It teaches you how economic and pedagogical requirements can be sensibly combined. You will learn how to organise and manage educational services. And relevant fields of action in educational institutions are presented, discussed and reflected upon. The focus is on programme and offer development, organisational development, quality management and financial management. The importance and use of educational technologies will also be discussed.
