Kompetenztrainings
Personal support in every study module
You will receive personal support throughout the entire 26-week module: Our lecturers and mentors will support your individual learning process. The limitation to a maximum of 25 module participants ensures optimal support.
You will primarily learn on the C3LLO virtual campus and exchange ideas with fellow students there. Direct interaction takes place in online workshops or in compact on-site events. You will go through successive phases in each module.
Module process: online and on site
Students benefit from our specially developed blended learning concept, which combines online and face-to-face study. The programme is varied and practice-oriented, not only in terms of content but also didactically. Self-study and distance learning, input from lecturers, study materials as well as internet-based discussions and online tasks with direct feedback ensure varied learning.

- You pay the fees by direct debit and in monthly instalments over a period of six months (from the start of the module).
- If you make a binding booking for a module package or the complete degree programme, you will receive a discount. The fees for the package booking must be paid with the first module.
Further education or study? Both!
Each module of the degree programme can be taken individually as further education. It concludes with a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS). The certificate is fully recognised for the MBA programme. This means you can simply start the programme without enrolment and decide to study later!
Do you want to take more than one module? Our continuing education programmes in education and science management, which culminate in a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS), comprise three modules with different focuses.

Questions about studying
How much time do I need to plan for the degree programme?
You choose how many modules you take each semester and thus control your study capacity. One module comprises 10 credit points and we calculate an average of 5 to 8 hours per week. However, you are usually flexible in terms of time so that you can bring forward or catch up on certain tasks in the module if you have academic appointments. All binding dates are communicated directly when you book the module, allowing you to adjust your own time management. The combination of online phases, a few workshops at the weekend and flexible self-study sections makes it easy to combine the programme with an academic appointment.
Where and when do appointments take place on site?
There are two compact workshops per module at the weekend (Fri 15-20 and Sat 9-16).
As a rule, these take place on site at the University of Oldenburg. Occasionally workshops are held online. We will indicate this directly when you register for the module.
You can schedule all relevant dates when you register for the module.
How can I combine my studies with my academic appointment?
The degree programme is specially designed for working people. Flexible learning times, digital formats and modular examinations make it possible to combine studying with a full-time job.
What practical relevance is there in the degree programme?
Right from the start - while you are working through the materials - you will put the theoretical principles directly into practice through various learning activities.
In addition, you will be accompanied by teachers who come from a university context and/or have extensive professional experience. Combining theory and practice - that's what you can look forward to in our (online) workshops.
Our examinations are also practice-orientated: you agree a topic with the teaching team that you would like to explore and deepen. This can and should be related to your current academic appointment or address a current practical issue.
Last but not least: your Master's thesis is also written alongside your academic appointment and can address practice-oriented issues from your own professional environment. It is academically supervised and forms the final part of the programme.
