Innovative thinking – approaching innovation systematically
Enabling and shaping new things
How can ideas become real innovations? And what does it actually mean to think and act innovatively? The skills training programme teaches participants to understand innovation management from a systems perspective. Participants gain a holistic view of what it means to think innovatively and to implement this thinking in their respective organisation.
The skills training begins with a workshop in which a common understanding of the topic of "innovative thinking" is developed and the transfer task is introduced. During the input and transfer phase, an online meet-up is offered (22 August 2025 from 15:00-18:00), in which the lecturer deepens the theoretical content as required and offers assistance in successfully completing the transfer task. The skills training concludes with a second workshop where the results of the transfer tasks are presented and discussed. Both workshops take place at the University of Oldenburg on the C3L campus, all learning materials are made available via our learning platform C3LLO and can be viewed there at any time. For reading the learning materials, participating in the workshops and the meetup as well as working on the transfer task, you should estimate a total of around 60 hours of work, most of which can be flexibly distributed over the six-week term.
