The C3L offers two extra-occupational further education programmes at university level for employees in the field of health and social work:

With the further education programme Case Management: Active Care Management in Healthcare , you will qualify for management functions in inpatient, day-care and outpatient rehabilitation facilities. You can also be certified as a case manager according to DGCC and/or obtain a qualification certificate for care counselling (according to § 7a SGB XI).

The Management and Leadership in the Social Economy further education programme opens up new perspectives for your career path. Within 13 months, you will acquire academic qualifications and develop your professional and personal skills. The programme is aimed at (prospective) managers in the healthcare and social economy.
