AI law
Governance and compliance in the age of artificial intelligence
Bias, hallucinations and black box problems, violations of data protection and copyright - the use of AI leads to numerous legal, ethical and social challenges. The module teaches how to recognise typical risks and classify them in a legally secure manner. Participants will be able to design solutions for governance and compliance relating to artificial intelligence. They will be familiar with the central European legal acts of AI law and categorise them in the context of other data, digital and security legislation. In particular, roles and responsibilities under the AI Act (providers, operators, importers, distributors, users) can be differentiated. You can derive the respective duties and obligations with legal certainty and check them in practice.
