The module covers national, European and international provisions of computer and internet criminal law as well as procedural and criminal procedure aspects. Computer criminal law covers the topics of fraud and computer fraud, forgery of documents on the computer, data modification and computer sabotage. Internet criminal law deals with illegal content, among other things. The module deals with pornography criminal law, copyright infringements and data protection criminal law. Challenges such as phishing, skimming, cyberstalking and cyberterrorism are also discussed.
