In twelve months, our programme provides you with in-depth knowledge in the areas of strategic thinking, innovation, communication, collaboration, adaptability and emotional intelligence. The number of participants per programme is limited to a maximum of 10 people.

Our further education programme is based on the concept of active learning, in which you define your personal learning goals and reflect on your progress. Relevant knowledge is imparted via our digital campus by experts from science and practice as well as in compact workshops. You will receive additional inspiration at fireside evenings with well-known personalities from business, associations and top-class sport. Throughout the programme, you will be supported by our coaches as you work on your personal development project and apply your newly acquired skills directly in practice.

During the programme, you will receive intensive support from our coaches, lecturers and experts. There is also peer-to-peer coaching from other participants. In the community of managers, you can exchange ideas beyond the further education programme. You will work together to realise your full potential. The programme is aimed at managers with a university degree and at least three years of professional experience with management responsibility.
After successfully completing the further education programme, you will receive a university certificate in accordance with international standards (Certificate of Advanced Studies).
