Teaching excellence concept of the School
The concept for excellent teaching presented by School III is the result of an open
dialogue. School III promotes the
goals for the realisation of excellent teaching in all aspects based on the various subject cultures. Teaching is considered 'excellent' if it
is particularly successful in terms of content, professional relevance, fascination, inspiration, dynamism and efficiency
. In line with these objectives, Part I of the
concept sets out principles according to which the subjects should orientate their efforts towards teaching excellence
. Part II formulates binding structural framework conditions that ensure
smooth and quality-orientated teaching and are the basis and
prerequisite for excellent teaching. The subjects and the Dean's Office undertake to take suitable
measures to implement the framework conditions and objectives at
