The autumn conference will take place at the Haarentor campus in building A01 in room 0-006 (ground floor), the address is Uhlhornsweg 84, 26129 Oldenburg.

There are various options for travelling to Oldenburg:

• by train to Oldenburg(Oldb)
• by car via the A1 and the A28 to the Haarentor exit, car parks are located opposite A01 and behind A03, among others
• the nearest airport is in Bremen, from there you can get to Oldenburg via Bremen main station

In Oldenburg you can get to the Haarentor campus by public transport. From the city centre (e.g. Lappan stop) or from the train station, you can take bus lines 306 (towards the university), 310 (Ofen/Famila) and 350 (Westerstede) (line 324 (BBS Wechloy) is also possible, but takes a little longer). The buses run every 5-10 minutes and the journey time to the Uni/Campus Haarentor stop is just over 10 minutes, from the stop it is about a 5-minute walk to the venue in A01. If you arrive early, it is possible to use the available Eduroam in room A01 0-006 even before the conference begins. Please send a short message to the local organisers so that we can open up the room in good time if necessary.

Hotels in Oldenburg can be found and booked via the usual portals. We recommend choosing a hotel near the city centre or close to the train station. In the past, participants at other events have had good experiences with the following hotels:

The evening event will take place from 7 pm at Cafe Extra blatt(Lange Str. 90, 26122 Oldenburg), which is centrally located at the beginning of the pedestrian zone in the city centre near the Lappan stop (see map below).
