Human resources, financial management and controlling
The Human Resources, Financial Management and Controlling team acts as a point of contact for all employees and organisational units of School VI.
The Human Resources department is primarily responsible for supporting personnel selection and recruitment procedures and advises School employees on process and personnel law issues. Other areas include personnel controlling, process optimisation and general support in the preparation of job descriptions and job advertisements as well as the review and forwarding of recruitment documents.
The Finance department is responsible for the centralised management of the School's budget and supports the departments in all other finance-related matters. This applies in particular to the area of procurement, but we are also available as a point of contact for all other topics such as the establishment of financial centres or the handling of representation expenses.
Below you will find information sheets, templates and a short FAQ on various topics, which are intended to provide guidance in day-to-day work and address frequently asked questions.
