I. Seminars in ger771/ger800 (MM7): Notes on the seminar programme
Active participation
The seminar in ger771/ger800 (MM7) sets a thematic focus in a selected competence area of German teaching. You should familiarise yourself thoroughly with this thematic focus in order to understand subject-specific didactic questions, to clarify them with increasing competence and, if possible, to formulate them yourself. To achieve this, you will need to actively participate in the seminar. For us, active participation means
- Regular attendance of the course so that you can establish discussion contexts, engage in well-founded discussion and link knowledge;
- Reading the seminar texts in preparation so that you can understand the issues at stake in the sessions and have the necessary foundations for the seminar work;
- Taking over the moderation of a session so that you can expand and deepen your knowledge of one aspect of the seminar topic and also learn to make intellectual connections comprehensible to the target audience.
Your active participation is a prerequisite for taking the module examination.
