The division EuB has been involved in basic statistical education in other courses.

This is currently reduced due to personell changes and developments within the medical curriculum. However, the courses for  Foundations of STE Eng.: Statistics and Programming are still taking place for master students of Engineering of Socio-technical Systems.

In all lectures we make use of the statistical software R. We mainly teach frequentist statistics. There is a focus on descriptive and inferential statistics.

The division has also been involved in epidemiology teaching at the University Medical Center Groningen (Cancer registry related Research Designs in Epidemiology).
