Stud.IP learning management system
Stud.IP learning management system
What is Stud.IP?
Stud.IP is a learning management system. It offers course participants the opportunity to obtain course materials via the Internet and to use web services such as email and discussion forums related to the course. Students can access materials for the courses they are enrolled in via Stud.IP. They can discuss course content with other participants and solve problems and tasks together.
Course providers can use Stud.IP to make accompanying material easily available to a wide range of users. They have the opportunity to provide more comprehensive and flexible support for participants - beyond course dates and office hours.
Stud.IP is available to all students, lecturers and staff at the University of Oldenburg via the login on the university's homepage and at elearning.uni-oldenburg.de. From Stud.IP, all users have access to webmail (top right in every window) and your personal storage space (move the mouse over the webmail entry to open another menu).
Please note that your email inbox in the groupware is independent of the Stud.IP messages. By default, all messages are forwarded to the e-mail inbox. Many recipients then reply directly from the email inbox. These replies do not end up in the Stud.IP message inbox, but go to the inbox in the groupware. Therefore, please check your e-mail account regularly.
Stud.IP is also used to make the examination administration applications available to students and lecturers. Finally, it is the planning tool for organising courses.
