The collections of the Carl von Ossietzky University are an important material component of the institution. They are not only used in research and teaching, but also in exhibitions. These are a good way of making the collections visible outside the individual Institutes. Since summer 2023, the display window of the former BIS shop in the foyer of the Central Library on the Haarentor campus has been available for this purpose.
