How did my Master's programme prepare me for my current job? The Master's programme is very research-oriented. The courses provide the necessary knowledge about qualitative and quantitative methods and the healthcare system. You can then apply this knowledge directly in your own projects, such as the research project and the Master's thesis. This enabled me to gain initial experience that I now also need in my job as a research assistant.

That's why I recommend the Master's in Health Services Research: the Master's programme is very closely linked to the Department, so that there are insights into current research projects in teaching. Thanks to the close links, there are always contact persons available to answer questions and there are often opportunities for student assistantships. What I find particularly exciting is the breadth of teaching and the opportunity to select courses that correspond to my own interests through the specialisations.
