The first virtual networking meeting of the Centre of Excellence PEChange took place on 29 January 2026 as part of the HdN joint project Field of Action D - Strengthening the digitality of university administration.
The aim of the meeting was to exchange ideas with those responsible for personnel and organisational development at universities in Lower Saxony. The focus was on dialogue about current challenges and needs in the areas of skills development and change management, as these areas are important for the successful digitalisation of university administration.
The meeting was a successful start to the network. In future, this group will work together to find solutions, develop good practices and learn from each other - with the aim of sustainably supporting the digital transformation of university administration.
