PEChange supports universities in Lower Saxony in empowering employees to deal with the demands of digital transformation in a critically reflective, creative and forward-looking way.
The aim of the Centre of Excellence PEChange is to support the universities of Lower Saxony in the digital transformation in the areas of personnel development and change support, in particular in response to emerging needs through the implementation of the ERP, CaMs and ECM projects.
To this end, PEChange coordinates the cooperation of universities in Lower Saxony in the development of networking structures. Programmes on skills development (future skills) and change support for employees are designed and made available via the inter-university further education programme (HüW). Workshops and counselling formats will be used to enable multipliers to involve employees in a participatory manner and support them in the development of digital literacy.
In the course of the project progression, existing requirements for change support will be the starting point for the implementation of structures, e.g. in quality circles.
