Over 5,000 trade fair visitors used zukunftsenergien nordwest as an industry platform for renewable energies and found out about academic appointments with personal future prospects from the 87 exhibitors, offering a wide range of job opportunities with over 500 vacancies for applicants to choose from on the job walls and exhibition stands over the two days of the fair. Excursions, workshops and lectures presented the renewable energy sectors and offered concrete knowledge about bioenergy, energy efficiency, solar and wind energy.

"For us, zukunftsenergien nordwest is an important trade fair where we had promising discussions with interesting applicants," summarised Friedhelm Böing, Personnel Officer at GE Energy. "The quality of the discussions we had and the contact with the other exhibitors was great. zukunftsenergien nordwest has developed into an important industry platform for renewable energies," says Claudia Lammers, CEO of DTB - Deutsche Biogas AG. "The great response from exhibitors and trade fair visitors shows that the job and training fair for renewable energies has established itself.
