Job fair zukunftsenergien nordwest presents around 80 exhibitors from the renewable energies sector
Workshop on personnel development - registration now open!
Oldenburg/Bremen, 24.01.2013 - Around 80 well-known companies and training providers will be available to committed job seekers on 1 and 2 March 2013 in Hall 7 of the Bremen Exhibition Centre during zukunftsenergien nordwest - Germany's largest job fair for renewable energies. zukunftsenergien nordwest 2013 is the industry platform for questions and exchange on the subject of qualification and further education in renewable energies. The focus is on the presentation of job profiles, industry information and job offers. Visitors to the trade fair and interested parties can now view the exhibitor profiles online at http://www.zukunftsenergien-nordwest.de and find out about job opportunities in renewable energies in advance.
In addition to specialist presentations and industry workshops, zukunftsenergien nordwest 2013 will offer visitors excursions to companies and plants from the region during the days of the fair. The exact programme and information on other offers will be available online shortly. The highlight will be the job walls - where visitors can once again choose from several hundred job offers and apply directly to the personnel managers at the stand. Admission to the fair is free of charge.
ForWind - the centre for wind energy research at the universities of Oldenburg, Bremen and Hanover in co-operation with ecco ecology + communication Unternehmensberatung GmbH - is offering a special event at zukunftsenergien nordwest 2013: on 28 February 2013, a workshop on personnel development in renewable energies will take place for the first time at the Bremen Exhibition Centre. Participants in the workshop will have the opportunity to engage in a unique dialogue with HR colleagues from the renewable energy sector. The focus will be on current challenges as well as professional approaches and methods in personnel management in renewable energies. Short technical presentations will structure the workshop and encourage participants to engage in an interactive exchange of information. It is up to the participants to determine and organise the specialist topics.
Carsten Gellrich (independent personnel consultant and partner of ecco Unternehmensberatung), Professor Thomas Breisig (Chair of Organisation and Personnel at the University of Oldenburg) and Christian Tönne (Managing Partner of ecco Unternehmensberatung in Oldenburg) will lead the workshop as speakers for the short presentations and moderators.
The workshop is aimed specifically at HR managers in the sector. The results of the workshop will be published during the zukunftsenergien nordwest trade fair on 1 and 2 March 2013. Participation is free of charge for exhibitors at zukunftsenergien nordwest 2013. External participants will be charged a contribution towards expenses of 50.00 euros plus VAT at the statutory rate.
