To create a pseudonym list, simply contact us by email:

Some information is required for the prompt creation and provision of the list:

• Your institution
• Name of the project
• Number of pseudonyms required (please plan generously with a buffer)
• Structure of the pseudonyms - Notes
  • Prefix (optional)
  • Length and composition of the character string
  • Suffix (optional)

Once the list has been created, it will be made available to you in a folder in the cloud storage of the University of Oldenburg and you will be informed by email.
