BDiM @ ICIMTH 2026

The Department of Big Data in Medicine was represented twice at the International Conference on Informatics, Management and Technology in Healthcare 2026 (ICIMTH 2026).

Prof. Dr Antje Wulff, Head of the Big Data in Medicine Department, delivered the keynote address entitled ‘Reflections on Barriers, Enablers, and Evolving Directions in Clinical Decision Support Systems’.

Bastian Brandes presented work from the interdisciplinary INGVER project at the University of Münster (UMO) Oldenburg under the title “Empowering Vulnerable Patients at Home: A User-Centred Platform for Natural Language-Driven Integration of Home and Clinical Health Data”.

Many thanks to the scientific committee of ICIMTH 2026 for giving us the opportunity to share our work and for organising the conference, which offered a wide-ranging and interesting programme and ample opportunities for discussion and networking.
