Blockchain is one of the most important trend technologies of recent years. Whether crypto currencies or business applications - Blockchain is characterized by a versatile data structure. Especially in the areas of energy, logistics and administration, the blockchain can generate added value by optimizing processes, creating trust and developing new business models. The VLBA department addresses these issues and conducts research projects in these areas. The projects Empower Generations, BLING and HAPTIK are the most important representatives. In the medium term, the blockchain will change the business world. The VLBA working group is helping to shape these change processes with its expertise.
